What's in it for you?
You will receive a basic salary of £18,000 to £20,000 dependent upon experience as well as commission paid monthly NO threshold and up to 30%! What you'll be doing:
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will spend your first couple of months being trained on the recruitment and the sector. You will be focused on providing excellent service to existing clients through fulfilling their existing requirements as well as developing relationships with potential new clients through a range of business development strategies. On top of this you will be building your candidate database, starting to become a specialist in your sector - you'll be a self-starter, passionate and resilient.
