You will be recruiting for a specialist construction agency specialises in all areas of recruitment into the construction and housing sector. They were established over 16 years ago and therefore have a fantastic reputation and brand within their marketplace. The team are fun and down-to-earth and this agency certainly has a culture of reward and motivation rather than micro-management.
You will be trained to be a successful 360 Temp Recruiter and will be tasked with running a desk. However, you will be expected to spot potential areas of growth and development for the desk too through new business development. The desk needs an injection of personality and “buzz” in order to push the brand of this agency further into the market place and develop an already successful division. Someone with a self-motivated, money driven attitude is paramount as well as an ability to offer a polished and professional service, yet still build genuine and successful working relationship with candidates and clients alike.
You will receive a basic salary between £18,000-£21,000 dependent upon experience and commission of up to 25% on all billings over a small threshold. Progression is a clear pathway which is seen by other colleagues in the business so it is exciting time for a new office opening. You will also have the opportunity to take part in some amazing incentives, including holidays abroad and team days out at the races!
