With continued growth year on year, dealing with average fees of £17-25,000, a market leading commission structure which sees some consultants bring home 6 figures annually, onsite gym and games room.
What you'll be doing:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be required to interact with executive level clients (VP's and CEO's of global businesses) and candidates with basic salaries ranging from £70k - £200k therefore you must be a confident, strong communicator who demonstrates resilience and determination. You will start on the candidate side, attracting and headhunting candidates before progressing to a full 360 role where you will bring on new clients whilst developing their existing client portfolio.
