You will receive a basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 with uncapped commission of up to 30% with zero threshold. You will be given clients and roles to work on straight away so commission can be made from day one. You will be working for a well-established boutique agency who are truly experts in the qualified financial recruitment sector and boast an impressive portfolio of both clients and candidates. This has been achieved through their reputation of integrity and quality with many of their candidates converting into their clients. Due to this success, the team are looking to expand by splitting two perm desks which mean they will be warm with leads, roles and candidates. They offer a great culture of autonomy and professionalism as the business doesn’t work to heavy KPIs or sales targets at all.
What you'll be doing:
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will take on a full 360 role specialising in a permanent recruitment within a specific local area. The desks are warm with lots of candidate and client relationships to begin earning commission off and you will be given all of the tools you need to generate candidates and business including a very well-established CRM database and access to LinkedIn / Recruiter and various other portals.
You will need to be degree educated or have experience within the sales sector/developing relationships within a professional setting, be highly ambitious, competitive and of course money motivated.
