You will be working as a trainee 360 recruitment consultant with a highly successful and rapidly growing agency that specialises within industrial and transport recruitment.

As a trainee you will receive thorough training and be given, a true warm desk with lots of existing clients and candidates to go at. You will be trained in both Candidate Management (interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting) and Business Development, (cold-calling, client meetings, negotiating terms of business and maintaining client relationships). This is a great time to join the business, the team is continually growing and business is booming!
You will receive a basic salary between £18,000 and £20,000 dependent upon experience as well as a generous commission package (Realistic first year OTE £23,000 to £25,000). Team incentives including away days and outings as suggested by the team will also be up for grabs.
