What’s in it for you?
The basic salary is really generous - £35,000 to £45,000 dependent upon experience - with a car allowance or car on top. Individual commission is up to 25% and in addition you will also receive bonus on the team's performance (and they are already above target!) Where you'll be working:
You will be working for a business that has grown organically over the last 15 years and now have a strong name for themselves within the construction, housing and FM sectors. Internally co-operation and team-working are important, which creates a supportive culture and low staff turnover and of course incentives to reward this.
What you'll be doing:
This role would suit an experienced 360 recruiter with experience within technical perm recruitment. You will be coaching and developing the existing Facilities Management team whilst maintaining and growing your desk. There are already lots of established relationships and PSLs and a huge part of the role will be for you and the team to continue to develop new relationships with clients in this sector.
