Where you'll be working:
You will be working for the number one recruiter within the FMCG sector in the Midlands which is largely down to their reputation for quality and service. Focusing on specific verticals such as supply chain, marketing and commercial for huge global brands with repeat 85% business rate, recruiting roles at mid to senior level. Internally co-operation and team-working are important, which creates a supportive culture and low staff turnover and of course incentives to reward this which include trips to sporting events/theatre and away abroad as a whole team every quarter. This team work incredibly hard, but they also know how to celebrate success and have fun!
What you'll be doing:
You will bring your existing experience and network within FMCG/Supply Chain to build and manage your desk. This is a full 360 recruitment role so you will need to carry out a range of business development activities to win new clients and further develop your network.
You will need to have at least 2 years 360 recruitment experience within the FMCG/Supply Chain sector and be confident at both business development and candidate headhunting and management.
