You will be working alongside an experienced management team who will give you enough freedom to develop the secondary division as you see fit as well as supporting you develop personally.
What you'll be doing:
As well as managing the secondary division, you will need to expand headcount and will be given the freedom to recruit and build your team. You will need to be an experienced 360-recruiter with a proven track record in developing new business.
