With over 2000 live vacancies, there is a minimal need for business development and a strong focus on delivery. The ideal candidate would have some recruitment experience (minimum 6 months) in a professional sector, have the ability to deal with executive level candidates and be a self-starter. This recruitment agency genuinely cares about their employees, so you will need to be driven yet a team player as they believe every member of their team’s ideas and opinions should be heard.
