The business is now looking to take on an experienced recruitment consultant (from any professional sector) who has circa 12-18 months experience. The successful consultant will take on a full 360 role specialising in a permanent recruitment within a specific local area. Both desks are warm with lots of candidate and client relationships to begin earning commission off and you will be given all of the tools you need to generate candidates and business including a very well-established CRM database and access to LinkedIn / Recruiter and various other portals.

- Commission is uncapped and up to 30% with zero threshold
