Griffin and Scott are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant on behalf of a market leading, privately owned and cash rich education recruiter! They are currently looking to recruit a highly driven and dynamic individual to make an impact in the local education marketplace and help to promote and grow their brand across the West Midlands.

 

The Role

My client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant, preferably from the Education sector to join their team and help to grow their primary or secondary desk.  The role is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, so new business development calls, client liaison and candidate attraction. The business has already got warm business in place but the successful Recruitment Consultant should be able to manage those established relationships and develop new relationships too. You will be part of a small and close knit team and have support from a fantastic Director who is a constant presence in the office.

 

The Package

  • Basic salary £23,000 – £32,000 dependent upon experience
  • 10% commission on all billings
  • Additional £5k yearly bonus
