Where you'll be working:

You will be working for a boutique IT recruitment agency based in a fantastic location within central Birmingham.  They the go-to partner for tech recruitment amongst strong household names and up and coming start up tech companies and they absolutely love what they do!  Due to the sheer amount of accounts they have generated and grown, they are looking for three resourcers/delivery consultants to join their established team and start earning some incredible commission.  This is not a start up business at all – they have grown significantly over the last five years, are well established within their space and have been recognised through winning awards within the recruitment industry.


What you'll be doing:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you won’t be cold-calling, but you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates and handling the entirety of the candidate journey for some of the biggest accounts within the company. Your role will be predominantly candidate-focused and will involve dealing with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process in order to identify the right IT talent for each individual client’s needs.  You will also perform and manage high quality search and selection of niche candidates, owning the full candidate process, from sourcing to placement and beyond.
