What’s in it for you?
You'll receive a basic salary of anything between £20,000 and £25,000 dependent upon experience and a generous and simple commission on every candidate of yours that is placed. There is a lot of flexibility for you in terms of working hours and how you like to work. In addition, you will earn 25 days holidays + bank holidays, up to 4 duvet days as well as an early finish Friday. Team and individual incentives include away days, trips/holidays and lots of opportunities for team building.
Where you'll be working:
A fantastic team, based in brand new offices in Dudley who deliver into niche, high value technology recruitment markets across the UK providing some of the biggest names in tech through to innovative start-ups with the best talent in the industry. Having amassed an envious client list they have grown year on year. No KPIs – genuinely, none, you do what you need to in order to succeed. You commit to that and own it with their guidance. They are hyper collaborative, working together to win clients, sharing business to make sure the best person is delivering on it. The directors spend their time building relationships with clients to help everyone, not themselves.
What you'll be doing:
The business is now looking to take on an experienced IT/tech resourcer. This is a 180 role where you will be attracting, headhunting and qualifying candidates as well as managing the candidate process. Progression could lead to becoming a 360 recruiter, managing the delivery team or account managing dependent upon where you would like to take your career.
