You will be working for a leading education specialist recruitment agency who are well-established in their marketplace and have a fantastic reputation for supplying teachers, SEN staff and support staff within primary and secondary schools. They have made a real impact in their sector over recent years and they believe this is through their ability to retain their team and their excellent working relationships with their clients and candidates.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will build and maintain a candidate pipeline for an experienced consultant. This will involve attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will screen candidates, interviewing them and doing background checks before they are put forward for positions by their Consultant. Creating bookings on the in-house recruitment software and formatting CV’s will also be an important aspect of the role.
You will need to have a proven track record of being hard-working with a string administration background as well as the ability to meet targets and prioritise your time efficiently. You will also need to be able to drive as you may need to meet candidates off site from time to time.
You will receive a basic salary of £21,000 dependent upon experience with 40 days annual leave plus bank holidays. There will also be reduced working hours in school holidays and your standard hours will be 7:30am to 4:30pm (open to negotiation, within reason). You will have the opportunity to grow and expand your skills with on the job training and work within an autonomous work environment
