On offer is a basic salary of anything between £22,000 and £30,000 (depending upon experience) with a refreshingly simple commission structure up to 20% (10% if it’s your candidate and 10% if it’s your role and of course 20% for both). You will be working within an inspirational finance and technical recruitment agency with big but realistic ambitions including expansion into new regions. What you'll be doing:
This recruitment agency is expanding the team due to their continued success across their chosen sectors. They are now looking to take on two experienced recruitment consultants (circa 6-18 months experience) to take over a temp construction/housing desk or a temp finance desk. The successful recruiter will take on a full 360 role, developing client relationships and managing the candidate process.
