What's in it for you?

You will receive a basic salary of between £30,000-£35,000 depending on your experience, commission of up to 10% on all billings, pension and healthcare and great incentives with the team.  This agency values the importance of support, training and encouragement with the owners and managers still very active within the business.  Work-like balance is also really important to the team and flexibility in hours and remote working are all commonplace and have been for years.



Where you'll be working:

What you'll be doing:

You should have at least 12 months experience within a 360-recruitment role, and have proven success in developing new business whilst sourcing and managing the candidate journey.  As this agency is not KPI led, you will need to be self-motivated and driven in order to run your desk, however that does not mean you won't receive personalised support to develop you further as a recruiter and help you achieve your longer-term career goals.
