What's in it for you?
You will receive a basic salary of between £30,000-£35,000 depending on your experience, commission of up to 10% on all billings, pension and healthcare and great incentives with the team. What you'll be doing:
You should have at least 12 months experience within a 360-recruitment role, and have proven success in developing new business whilst sourcing and managing the candidate journey. As this agency is not KPI led, you will need to be self-motivated and driven in order to run your desk, however that does not mean you won't receive personalised support to develop you further as a recruiter and help you achieve your longer-term career goals.
