We are currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to take over a really warm desk for our client based in Birmingham City Centre.
A specialist social housing recruitment business, operating across property services (public and private sector), housing services, development and regeneration and interim and executive level housing. The agency has a fantastic reputation as they go beyond the average recruitment remit, providing a bespoke service which puts our customers first leading to lots of referrals and repeat business. The desk you will be taking over is extremely warm as you will take it over from the billing manager.
The have worked tirelessly to create a successful and rewarding environment for their team and their values of honesty and integrity is key to how they work and professional development internally. No KPIs and a relaxed but professional environment - your personality and values are the most important factors in their hiring process. This is a 360-recruitment role including a mix of candidate delivery, servicing existing clients and business development – therefore previous 360 experience is essential. You do not need to have sector experience as full training will be given.
- Basic salary £24 - £30K + commission
