We are currently on the lookout for an experienced recruiter from professional background for our client based in South Birmingham
A specialist Marketing recruiter with a hugely well-respected brand in their marketplace – looking to expand and diversify their brand into the professional sector/s. The business has been established since 2016, so still in it’s early days and looking for people to join who can bring ideas and knowledge of the sector that they specialise in; in order to shape the future of the business. The nice thing about this business is its incentive driven, non KPI or micro management approach to recruitment. Thus, making the environment fun, relaxed, yet led by self-motivated individuals.
The business is now looking to take on an experienced recruitment consultant who has circa 12-18 months experience within the professional sector i.e., HR, Legal and or finance. The successful recruitment consultant will take on a full 360 role and grow this new desk and potentially a new discipline from scratch with a view to grow a new team around them. Some exposure to management would be preferable.
Basic salary of anything between £32 - £40K – top end for a very experienced / managing consultant + 40% commission, free parking and flexible working.
