We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant from Healthcare or Commercial background for our client based in central Birmingham.
The recruitment consultant should have at least 12 months experience within a 360-recruitment role, ideally from a commercial, healthcare or industrial background. The role will be fast paced, and a quick turnaround of vacancies is often necessary, so someone who has experience of running a temp desk or working in a pressured environment who is organised and able to work to tight deadlines would be very important.
This recruitment agency has been a specialist commercial and healthcare recruiter for 12 years and have carved out their name in the marketplace, meaning repeat business and some excellent client relationships are in place. They focus on temp recruitment predominantly. The team are young, forward thinking and high achieving and the need for a new recruitment consultant has come about due to business demand!
- Basic salary between £23 – 28K
- Commission of up to 20% on all billings
