We are currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant from an education or commercial background for our client based in central Birmingham.
This business is a small, boutique firm which act as the education arm of a huge international recruitment brand - they are polished, established have a very corporate edge. They have a very professional stance in the marketplace and want offer a first class service to all new and existing clients that they create working relationships with.
The business is now looking to take on an experienced recruitment consultant who is confident to bring on new business and pitch to clients, undertaking presentations as part of the tender process but who is also happy to undertake a full 360 recruitment cycle, so shortlisting of relevant candidates and managing the full process from role in to interview and placement.
The successful recruitment consultant should have a professional ad corporate edge to mirror the culture that our client offers.
Basic salary of anything between £24 - £40K – top end for a very experienced consultant, lower end for a less established recruiter, with circa 12 months experience
