What's in it for you?
You will receive a basic salary of between £23-30,000 depending on your experience, commission of up to 10% on all billings, pension and healthcare and great incentives with the team.

This recruitment agency has been a specialist industrial, commercial and healthcare recruiter for 12 years and have carved out their name in the marketplace, meaning repeat business and some excellent client relationships are in place. They focus on temp recruitment predominantly but want to bump up the perm commercial division. The team are a young, forward thinking and high achieving team of 22 consultants and the need for a new recruitment consultant has come about due to business demand!
What you'll be doing:
You should have at least 12 months experience within a 360-recruitment role, ideally from a commercial background. The role will be fast paced, and a quick turnaround of vacancies is often necessary, so someone who has experience of running a temp desk or working in a pressured environment who is organised and able to work to tight deadlines would be very important.
