In recognition for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000 (dependent upon experience) plus commission up to 25%. There is opportunity for some flexible working and numerous team incentives including away days and overseas trips as suggested by the team.
Where you'll be working:
You will be working for one of the longest established, specialist recruitment business in the UK with a network of seven offices, operating across both the public and private sector, architecture, construction, building services, facilities management and maintenance, surveying, engineering, and building maintenance. What you'll be doing:
With an extensive network of both candidates and clients, the desk you will be taking over is extremely warm. However, this is a 360-recruitment role including a mix of candidate delivery, servicing existing clients and business development – therefore previous 360 experience is essential. There will be lots of opportunity to develop the desk whilst working closely with other consultants, splitting fees and working as a team to hit target. You do not need to have sector experience as full training will be given.
