This role calls for a full 360 Recruitment Consultant with a real push on business development. Ideally, the successful Recruitment Consultant will have 1-2 year’s experience within a 360 recruitment role and will have had some exposure to the FMCG market – or similar, but this isn’t essential. The desk will be warm, so it is key that the successful Recruitment Consultant can demonstrate excellent communication skills and is able to manage existing relationships well. The Recruitment Consultant must also be thick skinned, resilient and able to adapt and liaise with very senior candidates and clients with a very niche requirement.
- Negotiable salary starting at £25 - £40K dependent on experience.
- Commission is staggered up to 40%.
