Your salary structure will be completely transparent and the commission has no upper cap, so working hard will bring you the rewards you deserve. Basic salary between £23,000 and £25,000 dependent upon experience with commission on top. You will also have lots of incentives to get involved in.

You will be working alongside a fantastic team of recruiters who have developed an exceptional network within the private healthcare sector. This agency has carved out their name in delivering temporary nurses and carers into the private sector, meaning repeat business and some excellent client relationships already in place. The team are young, forward thinking and high achieving and the need for a new recruitment consultant has come about due to business demand!
What you'll be doing:
You should have at least 6 months experience within a 360-recruitment role, ideally from a temp or healthcare background. The role will be fast paced, and a quick turnaround of vacancies is often necessary, so someone who has experience of running a temp desk or working in a pressured environment who is organised and able to work to tight deadlines would be very important. You will also carry out business development activities to bring on new clients.
