You will receive a basic salary of £28,000 to £35,000 dependent upon experience with a flat 20% commission. On top of that you will benefit from a range of team incentives including trips abroad and early finish Fridays. Free parking and flexible hours (5 hours per day) in school holidays.

What you'll be doing:
You will be working as a 360 recruiter within the perm educational sector and although this is a warm desk, you will be expected to bring on your own new business, manage those relationships, fill bookings – and repeat! There is a real push on client retention and repeat business for this team and they want this to continue, be embedded in their culture and the mind set of their consultants new and experienced.
