What’s in it for you?
Your salary structure will be completely transparent and the commission has no upper cap as well as quarterley and yearly bonus, so working hard will bring you the rewards you deserve. Basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 dependent upon experience. Remote working or flexible hours will be offered and well as a chance to be spoilt rotten with incentives.
Where you'll be working:
You will be working for an agency specialising in legal recruitment as part of a close knit team spread across 3 offices, with the majority of recruiters having been with the company for at least 5 if not 10 years. Clearly there are low turnover rates and success is celebrated and rewarded. They have a well-established brand within their marketplace and new international markets in the pipeline which have led to significant growth over the last few years.
What you'll be doing:
As a legal consultant, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. The management team will trust you to do a good job and give you the tools and the space you need to do it. At the same time, you’ll still have all the support you need. Developing your relationships with clients within the public sector, you’ll have the scope to become a leading market expert. As you progress, you’ll even have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new international markets.
