This agency specialises in nurses and HCA's into both public AND private sector with huge clients like BUPA and the Priory.
The business was established 4 years ago and has already grown from £0 to £3m turnover through hard work and excellent relationships. They plan to open offices nationwide and this growth plan is the reason for bringing in new talent at this stage - a very exciting time to be part of it all! Equipped with a very strong compliance and resource team, the business has all of the tools to support the successful Recruitment Consultant to come in and focus on business development and growing the business without all of the other distractions!
Our client is looking for a Recruitment consultant to join their very warm business and develop the nursing and HCA desk further. This is certainly a full 360 recruitment role – but there are already some very well-established relationships in place – with their Black Country desk already running at £15k per WEEK! So, an element of excellent account management is very important to maintain the successful service level offered to existing clients. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be expected to utilise a very specialist CRM system, job boards and social media platforms to headhunt candidates. The desk focuses on predominantly temp bookings – so exposure to this is ideal! The role of the Recruitment Consultant will be fast paced and quick turnaround, so someone from this kind of environment would be essential.
- Basic salary between £22 - £28K
- Commission staggered from 10% upwards
