How does it work?
They are offering 100% commission to consultants for every new client that they bring on for the first 4 weeks of a temp assignment, down to 75% for the following 4 weeks, 50% for the final 4 weeks of a 12-week assignment and the remaining 40 weeks of a 52 week assignment will then be paid at 25% - giving an average of 37.5% to a consultant for a 12 month booking with a new client!
