What you'll be doing:
This role would suit a 360 recruiter with experience of managing a team, within any sector. You will be coaching, training and developing the consultants underneath you, whilst billing and growing your own in-house marketing desk. There are already lots of established relationships and this company have a well-respected name in their market. However, a big part of the role will be for you and your team to continue to develop new relationships with clients in this sector.
