Griffin and Scott are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior/Recruitment Consultant for an entrepreneurial and innovative client based in central Birmingham.
My client is a polished and very well-established business, specialising in executive roles into the IT space. Based in Central Birmingham, this client offers an accessible location and a relaxed working environment with a corporate slant. The business recruits for huge brands within their market, with market value of up to £100bn, so the level of roles and accuracy when recruiting is paramount in order to maintain the highly reputable brand that they have embedded in their marketplace. The business is currently 18 consultants strong and with excellent staff retention, this is a business where people feel valued and rewarded, with a clear and realistic progression path.
The role is to focus on the Professional Services desk, looking after roles with salaries of circa £80-130k+. The desk is warm with some well-established client relationships already in place, although the desk will demand business development to further grow. Tech / IT experience isn’t essential, but experience of recruiting at senior to exec level would be very important.
- Basic salary between £35-40k
- Commission of up to 25% on all billings
