What’s in it for you?

The office is based around an adult environment. Base Salary of £22k-25k (in line with your experience and previous success-this can be negotiable for senior levels) Plus a competitive commission base up to 20%. There is a bonus structure which will reviewed in 1-2-1 reviews. Their digital technology team (Split into 3 Tech sectors) recruit top class IT professionals from the world of development, from Front End, PHP, .Net, JavaScript/ React/ Angular/ Node, Mobile, Python, Java and much more, through to experts in testing, infrastructure, architecture and database development.

 

What you'll be doing:

This role has a huge focused on account management as the company has a huge client basis, so the desk is very warm and ready to be worked. However, they still expect new business revenues to be brought on within the Tech sector and building a strong relationship with excellent communication skills - both verbal and written within your geographical area.

You will need a successful track record in recruitment goes without saying. We want to hear from recruiters, recruitment consultants, call them what you like, who share our behaviours. You’ll be well equipped to dig deep, source and build relationships with candidates and clients alike – the ability to immerse yourself in their worlds, network and build trust will be essential to your success, alongside maintaining the client’s strong reputation within a busy marketplace.

You will need impeccable communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy winning business and creating opportunities for the short and long term.  Also shedding the KPIs and working for a company where you can take the role wherever you want to.
