Griffin and Scott are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, to lead, develop and build an international recruitment division for a niche construction boutique agency based between Solihull and Coventry.
Due to this agency’s UK success, they have committed to expand into the overseas market. However, this won’t be a cold start-up/cold desk scenario as over 70% of their existing client base (many tied in on PSLs) already have the roles for international candidates and are desperate for this agency to begin to fill them. You will manage this desk; building on the existing relationships with clients whilst sourcing quality international candidates for job roles. This is a great opportunity to grow this area of the business and therefore begin to create a new division which of course you would head up by building a team beneath you. This agency have also but investment aside to create an overseas office if it is something that you would wish to work towards and feel necessary to further grow the division.
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- Commission 35% on all billings
