Are you a successful recruiter within retained search and selection looking for the opportunity to manage, coach and develop a research and delivery team?
Our specialist Executive Search client is now looking to take on a seasoned Recruitment Consultant or Research Consultant with experience of working within the retained sector either in a 360 role or on the delivery/research side. Although you will be managing the team working within the engineering/technical sector, you do not need to have experience recruiting for this sector as it will be your understanding of the retained recruitment process in general and your ability to manage, coach and develop that will be key for this role.
The role of the Head of Research will be to support the research facility within the business and push the retained search sector further into the marketplace. Head of Research will also be responsible for developing the research consultants and developing their skills to allow for a consistently high delivery of candidates to the consultants in the team.
- Basic salary £40k-£50k dependent on experience
