What's in it for you?
On offer is a basic salary of anything between £32,000 and £38,000 (depending upon experience) with commission and quarterly bonus on top. You would receive excellent support and development with a clear progression plan in line with your ambitions and of course lots of cool incentives to be spoilt rotten with. On top of that you will have full autonomy to develop your division as you see fit and this in itself could lead to equity share. Option for remote/flexible working if you need it.
Where you'll be working:
You will be working within a well established, family feel agency with national reach recruiting into various sectors. An inspirational management team head up this agency with big but realistic ambitions including expansion into new regions and sectors. As the business is not KPI run, it relies on its high achieving staff to be self-starters and have a real motivation to succeed. What you'll be doing:
You will already have a solid understanding of the marketing and digital recruitment sector and proven success at building a desk which of course you will want to continue to develop through growing a team around you. You will bring your experience of business development and candidate management to this newly established division and recruit, lead and develop your own team where you will set the goals and reap the rewards!
