As Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have a proven track record in IT, HR or Finance Recruitment, including developing client relationships and winning new business. This opportunity will require a real self-starter to build your desk in your specialist area as there are no KPIs or targets and the team use flexible working to maintain a good work-life balance. The successful Senior Recruitment consultant will have experience of utilising all relevant job boards and undertaking thorough market research on LinkedIn to keep a consistent flow of good talent coming through for the business.
- Basic salary of £35 – £50k depending on experience
- Commission up to 40% with no threshold + quarterly bonus
