This recruitment agency is looking for a bright, ambitious team player with demonstrable 360 recruitment experience including successful business development and client engagement. You do not need to have billed within the executive search space or on retained assignments as they will offer full support and “one on one” training. In return they offer a grown-up, family feel culture with no KPIs and of course amazing earning potential.
You will receive a generous basic salary between £30,000 to £50,000 dependent upon experience as well as commission (circa OTE £100k - £120k). On top of this expect to receive other benefits such as healthcare and pension as well as 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. There is opportunity for some flexible/remote working and of course lots of team incentives including away days and outings as suggested by the team.
