What's in it for you?
You will receive a basic salary of £45,000 to £55,000 dependent upon experience with 35% commission as well as team bonus as you begin to grow the team beneath you. On top of that you will have full autonomy to develop your division within your specialism and this in itself could lead to equity share. Free parking and 9 to 5:30pm hours as well as the option for remote/flexible working if you need it.

You will be working for an agency that has been hugely successful at recruiting within the marketing and creative sectors and is now looking to further develop their offering to their existing client base by diversifying into other professional sectors, including finance, HR or IT. The team has an unrivalled combination of recruitment experience and contact networks but the importance they place on relationship building both externally and internally is truly the key to their success.
What you'll be doing:
You will already have a solid understanding of your specialist recruitment sector and proven success at building a desk which of course you will want to continue to develop through growing a team around you. You will bring your experience of business development and candidate management to this newly established division and recruit, lead and develop your own team where you will set the goals and reap the rewards!
