On offer is a basic salary of anything between £28,000 and £38,000 (depending upon experience) with a personalised commission structure built to reward you for new business developed. You will also receive bonus on your team’s performance as well as progression plans to guide you towards directorship. They are now looking to take on an experienced recruitment professional to head up the business development function; researching, canvassing and meeting with clients to expand the existing business and develop new accounts.
Proven billing success within a recruitment sector is essential.
