The team is small and autonomous - you will not be micro-managed but rather you will set your own targets. There are some extremely experienced consultants within the, who are both supportive and passionate about what they do. This team work incredibly hard, but they also know how to celebrate success and have fun!
What you'll be doing:
As a business development consultant, you will work closely alongside the director on following up on leads, building client relationships and establishing your own network of clients. This will include telephone work as well as going out to meet clients. You will need to have some sales experience, ideally B2B, be target driven and have a professional approach to developing client relationships.
