Are you a successful recruitment consultant within the professional services sector (Midlands based) looking for the opportunity to manage a team and build your own division?
The business is now looking to take on an experienced recruitment consultant with experience of managing consultants or trainees. Although you will be managing the team working within the marketing/creative sector, you do not need to have experience recruiting for this sector as it will be your understanding of the recruitment process in general and your ability to manage, coach and develop that will be key for this role.
- Basic salary £40k-£50k dependent on experience
- Very competitive commission up to 33%
