Griffin and Scott are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a fantastic agency who specialise in Public Sector FM & Property.
This highly successful recruitment agency has built their name nationally from the London office and now wish to expand their offering to include a brand new Birmingham office. Due to this being a 360 Recruitment Consultant role involving sales and delivery, you will need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with evidence of building a successful desk in your specialist market. As a natural self-starter, you will grow your desk and have the opportunity to progress to Team Leader/Director and head up the Birmingham offering.
- Basic salary £35,000 +
- Commission of up to 40%
- Negotiable hours including remote/flexible working
