In recognition for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary of up to £30,000 (dependent upon experience) plus structured commission and a car allowance. You will be working for an established, forward thinking, specialist construction recruiter. You’ll be joining a dedicated team of specialists who have intricate knowledge of their industries and regions.

What you'll be doing:
With an extensive network of both candidates and clients, the desk you will be taking over is extremely warm. This is a 360-recruitment role but with a real focus on developing new revenue streams. You’ll be confident in developing new business and will not be afraid to throw yourself into client meetings and pitches. You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm, and will be instrumental in pushing this niche area of their business to the next level. You’ll lead and grow the existing team, and need to be a proven 360 consultant. You do not need to have specific sector experience as full training will be given, however your experience in managing and growing a volume contract recruitment desk will be invaluable.
