What’s in it for you?
You will receive a basic salary of £35,000 to £45,000 (dependent upon experience) with a car allowance on top plus commission up to 15%. You will have the opportunity to head up and grow the team as well as given share options so the more successful the division, the more you earn!
Where you'll be working:
You will be working for one of the longest established, specialist construction recruitment business in the UK with a network of over 20 offices, operating across both the public and private sector – white collar and trades. What you'll be doing:
With an extensive network of clients and PSLs in place, the main contracting trades desk you will be taking over is extremely warm. However, this is a 360-recruitment role including a mix of candidate delivery, servicing existing clients and business development – therefore previous 360 experience is essential. You will manage the branch, developing the team and bringing on and coaching new consultants.
