What you'll be doing:

You will have previous experience in a recruitment admin or resourcer role.  You will be expected to take on administration duties to help your director with the busy desk and you will resource for the same desk and get a percentage of the placements made.  No KPIs and a relaxed but professional environment - your personality and values are the most important factors in their hiring process.  You do not need to have sector experience as full training will be given but recruitment experience is necessary.
